Jim attended San Diego State University where he received All American Honorable Mention for Golf. Jim went on to take the role of Sales manager with Cobra Golf for ten years helping customers and golf pros across the country with products and custom fitting.

 

When Jim relocated to Park City, Utah he taught tennis for several years. Taking his desire to help others and see their gratification, Jim transitioned into real estate and got his RE Broker’s License.  He focused on luxury golf communities including Glenwild, Promontory, and Park Meadows.  In 2004, Jim was approached by Talking Rock Ranch golf and residential community in Prescott, Arizona, and joined their sales team.  Jim then became the Sales Manager in 2008 and in 2014 he took the position of Designated Broker, maintaining his selling agent position, brokerage/office management, including oversite of the sales team and office staff.  Jim worked closely with the Owner/Developer for new product releases, managed listings and sales for builder products, and built outside real estate community relations.

Jim joined Legacy Real Estate Partners in 2017 and is responsible for the management of the Forest Highlands Group operations and staff. In addition, Jim has taken on the role of Associate Broker of Silverleaf Realty.

 

Jim and his wife reside in Prescott and both enjoy the outdoors including mountain biking, gravel biking, walking and enjoying nature, and all that Prescott offers. Jim and his wife have a combined three children and five grandchildren which they love being with as much as possible.
