Awesome hunting location--deer, antelope and elk. Bring your telescope for nighttime star viewing. If you are planning on using property full-time then about 200 ft of road will need to be cut in; for occasional use just cut across the adjacent parcel to the SE corner with a high clearance vehicle. Fairly level terrain with heavy tree coverage. Dirt was good.
